How do we pay for the subscription?

If you are a board, you will be sent an invoice for you to pay electronically. If you are an individual subscriber, you can pay easily online with a credit or debit card, or you can request an invoice to be sent to you.
How long does a subscription last?

All board subscriptions are for one calendar year from the date of subscribing. Individual subscriptions are on either a monthly or annual basis commencing from the date of subscribing.
What happens when our annual subscription is due to expire?

We will send you a renewal reminder before your annual subscription expires so you can continue to access all of the content.
Does my individual subscription expire?

Your individual subscription – monthly or annual – does not expire and will automatically renew. You can cancel it any time.
Are webinars included in my subscription?

Yes, your subscription includes unlimited webinar attendance. You can access our public webinars and our deep-dive sessions. To register, click on the ‘book a place’ button, and we will send you the webinar access details. You can find the upcoming webinars here.
Can I request a resource that isn't in the Governance Library?

Yes, we can create most resource requested within seven days.
